August Meet Up Info

• Wednesday, August 19th, 2026

• We'll be watching Blade Runner (the 1982 version, of course)!  Ridley Scott’s sci-fi masterpiece is a film that has been sparking debate for over 40 years and we have a feeling our post-screening discussion is going to be something special. Its the sci-fi movie for people that don't think they like sci-fi!

  • Heads up, Blade Runner is rated R and does include some nudity.

  • And if you want to get into the spirit of the film, feel free to dress the part. No full costume required, just a little futuristic flair never hurt anyone.

• Meet your fellow movie lovers at Mari's Watch Bar starting at 5pm and get a FREE DRINK with proof of ticket.​​ This is optional, but HIGHLY encouraged and quite honestly, our favorite part of the evening!

• Head next door starting at 6:30pm to the Landmark Lagoon Cinema to watch a film together and discuss afterwards. Show begins at 7pm.
